How to use:

1. Fill the mould with water or your chosen liquid through the hole at the top — fill to no more than 90% capacity.
2. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours until completely frozen.
3. Once frozen, rinse the outside briefly with water for a few seconds to loosen the ice.
4. Remove the lid and gently glide the ice over clean skin in circular motions.

Tip: Rinse with warm water after each use and allow to dry before storing.
