Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method after your request has been reviewed and, where required, the item has been inspected.
